My experience
Industry & Manufacturing
From machine operators to plant managers: I know these roles from recruiting for the build-up of new plants and from my own leadership responsibility in production, quality and logistics at international industrial corporations.
My experience

- Supply chain, logistics and procurement

Why I know industrial roles from the inside
While building new plants in the USA, Mexico and Brazil, I supported around 6,000 hires as part of the recruiting team – from production staff through maintenance and engineering to leadership roles. Afterwards I took on responsibility in industry myself: in the plant ramp-up of body-in-white and paint technology, as global head of quality management for engines and e-drives, and as Vice President Global Customer Logistics with around 450 employees.
That is why I know what makes a good shift leader, what a process engineer is measured by during ramp-up and why a machine operator stays or leaves. I speak the same language as plant management, HR and candidates – in German, Italian, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Many industrial companies in the Alpine regions hardly find skilled workers in their own labour market anymore. My network reaches skilled workers in Germany, Austria and Portugal – many of them know and appreciate the region from their holidays. For South Tyrol I am currently preparing the set-up of my own agency, authorised by the Province of Bolzano and based in Brixen. Until then, I advise companies on recruiting strategy, compensation and site development.
