Briefing right where the role lives — HR aligned
I take the briefing where the role is actually lived: directly with the hiring manager, aligned with HR. Where possible I walk the shop floor or lab and understand the reality on the ground: shifts, tools, team, deal-breakers.

Qualified interviews
Structured interviews with clear competency and behavioural anchors on soft-skill and culture level, documented and comparable. The technical hard facts you provide are integrated — I assess the person, not the technical knowledge.

Assessment centres — co-designed with the function
For key roles and volume hiring of blue-collar positions I design assessment centres together with the function: work samples, case exercises, technical cases, group tasks. Nothing off the shelf.

Freelance network for blue-collar volume
Multiple blue-collar hires of the same profile run smoothly in standard mode. For several different blue-collar profiles in parallel I activate my freelance-recruiter network to support interviews — leadership, quality and client relationship stay with me.

Framework programme & timeline
For parallel searches we jointly build a framework programme with timeline, milestones and interview slots. That frees capacity on both sides and keeps the project plannable — instead of drowning in ad-hoc slots.

Pricing to local market
Rates always follow the local market. Bavaria is not Porto, Porto is not Mexico City. Fair, market-aligned fees — transparently calculated, no hidden add-ons.
