20+ years of international living and working: 5 years England, 5 years Portugal, 1 year Brazil, 5 years Costa Rica, ½ year El Salvador. Languages and market knowledge across DACH, Italy, Portugal and Latin America as working tools.

I fill technical and blue-collar roles — from skilled workers and shift leaders through engineers up to technical plant managers. No board search, no CEO carousel. I work directly with hiring managers, assess soft-skill and culture fit based on your company values, and integrate the hard facts you provide into pre-qualification. A worldwide international candidate pool and interviews in multiple languages are standard for me.

I don't consult — I deliver. Committed and results-driven.

Currently in high demand: Two leadership mandates for mid-sized companies.

In my current project conversations, these two topics come up most frequently — this is where experienced execution makes the difference.

Interim · available at short notice

Maternity & parental leave cover

Interim leadership for recruiting and HR continuity

When a key person in recruiting or HR goes on parental leave, I take over the mandate in full — with a structured handover, clearly defined deliverables and a clean return roadmap. Not a concept paper, but genuine operational continuity.

  • 6–12 months, remote or on-site
  • Full-cycle recruiting including hard-to-fill roles
  • Team and stakeholder leadership
  • Structured handover to the returner

Site relocation, nearshoring & cross-border

Site strategy and build-up of international teams across borders

Whether relocating production, building a shared service centre or nearshoring an entire function: I run the full path — site analysis, authorities, local team, transition. Five languages, with corporate experience in plant build-ups (BMW Mexico, Bayer Costa Rica).

  • Site analysis and business case
  • Authorities, funding, local partners
  • Build-up of the local team (recruiting)
  • Managed transition from old to new site

Questions & Answers

What you should know about working with me

Short answers to the topics that come up most often in conversations — from cover assignments to international expansion.

Whenever an internal recruiting or HR lead drops out unexpectedly or on planned leave. I take over day-to-day operations, keep processes running, and make sure no open roles fall behind — until a smooth handover back.
Sourcing, applicant communication, interviews, hiring manager support, and contract preparation. If needed, I also handle onboarding, stakeholder management, and building internal recruiting structures.
I guide market entry from site selection through legal and cultural requirements to building the leadership team and the first workforce. With language skills and local networks in Italy, Portugal, and Spain, conversations are led locally, not just translated.
After a short briefing and a clear scope, I can usually begin within a few days. For short-term cover assignments, I also offer an accelerated handover.
Both — depending on the mandate. Cover assignments in the Nuremberg and Munich area I prefer on-site, international projects combine targeted on-site presence with remote phases.
I work on a daily or project rate basis. After a free initial call, you receive a transparent quote matched to the actual scope and duration.

Culture Fit
We need to fit together. I must reflect your culture — otherwise neither of us will be successful. Let’s get to know each other and see if it clicks. Price shouldn’t be the deciding factor."
My approach

People. Places. Results. It's really that simple.

All three elements need to align for real impact: the right people, the right places, and results that last.

01

People

Bringing people and roles together.

With care, experience and good intuition. From specialists to senior directors. I know the difference between a good CV and a good fit — because I've led teams myself.

02

Places

5 languages. On the ground.

Germany (Bavaria), Italy (Northern Italy), Portugal (Lisbon & Porto) and Latin America (Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico) — I know these from years of work on the ground, not from books.

03

Performance

Results, not concepts.

What counts are filled roles, working structures and measurable impact — not hours or reports. Operational, deliverable-based, ready to go. Performance only works when People and Places align: people, culture and location have to fit together.
