Equipment, shift patterns and quality requirements become clearer when people can see production first-hand and ask questions.

My advice for companies

Clear roles, understandable processes and a realistic workforce strategy belong together from the start of site planning. In Italy I advise on market entry, site setup and workforce strategy; I do not recruit or place candidates there.
